SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2-3 business days of purchase confirmation. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via Evri (formerly Hermes). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes:

  • 3-5 business days for most UK addresses

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Packaging

Each vintage piece is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in the same excellent condition as described. We take special care with our one-of-a-kind items to protect them during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • An Evri tracking number
  • A link to track your parcel's progress

You can track your parcel at any time using the Evri tracking portal or the track my parcel button on our home screen.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your Evri tracking information for updates
  2. Contact us at ch@thehennessyarchive.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier
  3. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that's locating your parcel or arranging a replacement/refund

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we'll do our best to assist you.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the item.
