RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your vintage piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags (if attached) must remain intact
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Please note: All our pieces are authentic vintage items and are one-of-a-kind. We carefully photograph and describe each item's condition, including any wear consistent with its age

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at ch@thehennessyarchive.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll provide return instructions and our return address

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described
  • We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty or significantly different from our description, please contact us immediately at ch@thehennessyarchive.co.uk with photos. We'll arrange a full refund including return shipping costs.

Exchanges:

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our vintage pieces, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
