We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from The Hennessy Archive. As all of our pieces are authentic vintage items, please read our policy carefully before buying.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

As our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
